In June 2018, a collaboration was formed between Boduo International and Malaysia LOOB Holding Co., Ltd, and a subsidiary was jointly established in Malaysia in the same year.

LOOB Holding was founded in 2010, and has various catering brands, including Tealive, llaollao frozen yogurt, Gindaco, Tino's Pizza, Croissant Taiyaki, Define Food and Define Burgers. Currently, LOOB Holding has more than 1000 employees and has opened more than 300 outlets in Malaysia, serving more than three million customers every month.

In December 2018, the first brand "Cloud Rice Noodles" developed by Malaysia subsidiary was successfully launched. Currently, it has opened its outlets in several major shopping malls and prime locations in Malaysia, such as Utama Shopping Center and Wanda Plaza.

In April 2019, a joint venture factory was successfully established with an area of 5,000 square meters. The first phase of the project has entered a mass production stage with the output of 80 tons per day, as a result of

which, it could achieve local supply and sales of raw materials for Southeast Asian customers.
